Coimbatore: In a fire accident that happened near Karumalai Estate in Valparai, the fire completely damaged the houses of 5 estate labourers.
The fire originated today at around 4 pm in the house of one estate worker named Munusamy, but unfortunately the fire quickly spread to the neighbouring houses of Govindarajan, Bal Murugan, Madasamy and all the 4 houses burned down.
Since all the members of these houses work at the tea estates, there was noloss of lifee or injuries.
Public in the area called the Fire and Rescue Department and the fire was out.
The people in these houses were saddened as the TV, Closet, Dresses, School Certificates, Ration Card and gold jewels were damaged because of the fire.
Valparai police officials have filed a case regarding the massive fire accident and are investigating further.
