Three flying squad with five members each indulge in intensive inspection in Valparai
Coimbatore: Three flying squad with five members each involved in intensive inspection in Valparai as the Assembly elections is scheduled to be held in Tamil Nadu on April 6. Flying squad officers, police, video cameramen and election officials have been hired to inspect vehicles for each assembly constituency to prevent the distribution of cash and gift items to the public to vote in the elections.
3 flying squads with 5 members each have been deployed at two places including Anaimalai and Valparai under the Valparai Assembly constituency. They are engaged in an intensive vehicle search in the Aliyar Anaimalai area in the Valparai Sholayar Dam area. All two and four wheelers coming from Coimbatore, Kerala and other parts are being inspected. It is to be noted that cash more than 50 thousand without proper documents will be confiscated.
