Coimbatore: DMK's Singanallur Constituency candidate Na Karthik filed his nomination to contest in the upcoming elections today.
DMK chief MK Stalin recently announced that Singanallur MLA Na Karthik will contest again this time in the same constituency.
After the announcement, Na Karthik who is the sitting MLA in Singanallur constituency today came to the Coimbatore Corporation East Zone Office to file his nomination along with members of the alliance parties.
DMK's Candidate Kathik N filed his nomination with Election Officer Ramkumar and then addressed the media and stated that "DMK has a mega alliance which is definitely going to win. Industrial sector is heavily affected by the decisions made by the Central and State government."
He then said that "The State Government and district administration did not complete the Flyover and road works in the area which is the main grievance of the people."
