Coimbatore: Emu poultry founder in Erode, Senthilnathan who was found guilty of embezzling Rs 4 crore declared an wanted criminal. Senthil Nathan, 52, of Mettuputhur, Perundurai, Erode district, was accused of fraudulently obtaining Rs 4.34 crore from 129 people by promising to pay high interest through the Amman Emu Poultry Company that he was running. Senthilnathan was arrested and jailed in 2016 by the Erode Economic Crimes Division police on this charge. He was released on bail but did not appear in court during the trial.
