Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Kumaravel Pandian today(15.03.2021) conducted inspection across Coimbatore.
Coimbatore: Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Kumaravel Pandian today(15.03.2021) conducted inspection in the areas of Coimbatore Central Zone, Gandhipuram Busstand, Crosscut Road, 8th 9th and 10th streets, 100ft road and Tatabad.

Officials inspected the textile shops, trade centers, snacks corners, tea shops, restaurants and requested the public to maintain Covid-19 pandemic guidelines and urged them to wear face masks, wash hands frequently and urged them to use sanitizers to help the Corporation put an end to Covid-19.

Corporation Commissioner Kumaravel Pandian fined 500/per person for Bus drivers and conductors who did not use masks. He then fined 15 public members with 100 rupees each for not wearing masks.

After the inspection, Corporation Commissioner Kumaravel Pandian visited the CTM Home Primary Health Centre and oversaw the Covid-19 vaccination camp.

Later Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Kumaravel Pandian visited the Race Course area and inspected the road building works in the area.
Central Zone Health Department Officer T Radhakrishnan and other officials took part in the inspection.
