Recoveries continued to eclipse new cases with 527 patients getting cured aggregating to 8,41,250 till date, the State health department bulletin said.
Active cases stood at 4,483.
Among districts, Chennai led with 265 new cases today followed by Coimbatore with 51 cases.
Testing of samples stood at 65,109 today, totalling to 1,81,51,986 getting examined till date.
