Coimbatore Corporation officials take serious action against violation of Covid-19 guidelines
Coimbatore: Coimbatore Corporation has been taking effective measures to control Covid-19 pandemic in the district. Corporation has imposed various rules like mandatory facemask, social distancing and various other guidelines and has also been creating awareness among public to follow them.
Meanwhile Corporation Officials say that Rs 1 lakh has been collected totally from people without their masks.
During an inspection at the Kannan Departmental Stores near Tex Tools by the Coimbatore Corporation Officials, they witnessed transactions made without following Covid-19 protocols.
Post this a fine of rupees 1000 has been imposed on the Kannan Departmental Stores for not following Social Distancing. Store management were warned about their situation and officials ordered them to maintain Covid-19 protocols further.
