EC Officials in Pollachi involved in setting up control centers to facilitate complaints regarding elections

Officials are said to camp in the control center for 24*7 receiving and taking actions against complaints received via phones and by people in person.


Coimbatore: With the State Assembly Elections approaching in Tamilnadu, Election Commission Officials in Pollachi are involved in setting up control centers to facilitate complaints reception regarding elections and permission requests to participate in campaigns.



This control center will give permissions for political parties to go on political campaigns, permission for using trucks and permission for conducting a mass meeting.



Similarly, the control center is also being set up to receive complaints regarding elections. Officials are said to camp in the control center for 24*7 receiving and taking actions against complaints received via phones and by people in person.
