Recoveries continued to eclipse new cases with 532 patients getting cured aggregating to 8,40,180 till date, the State health department bulletin said.
Active cases stood at 4,207.
Among districts, Chennai led with 275 new cases today followed by Coimbatore with 63 cases.
Testing of samples stood at 65,082 today, totalling to 1,80,20,932 getting examined till date.
