Tamilnadu Assembly Deputy Speaker Pollachi Jayaraman said that there are numerous accusations on DMK leader MK Stalin and his family members which are a disgrace to talk about it.
Coimbatore: AIADMK women's wing members conducted a special public meeting in Pollachi, Coimbatore condemning the false accusations made by DMK chief MK Stalin, Udhayanidhi Stalin and MP Kanimozhi.
Deputy Speaker Pollachi Jayaraman addressed the gathering and said that he is ready to resign from his 50 years of political career if the opposition leader submits any evidence regarding his family's involvement in the Pollachi sexual assault case.
He also asked DMK leader MK Stalin to submit at least 1 of the 1000 tapes of evidence that Stalin has to the CBI Officials for conducting an investigation.
Deputy Legislative Speaker Pollachi Jayaraman also said that there is evidence with media houses, police officials and CBI officials which proves his help towards the family and the victim woman to file the complaint in the first place.
AIADMK Official Pollachi Jayaraman said "I gave an interview with the press long ago but Stalin is talking about this issue now justto get publicity ahead of assembly elections."
Deputy Speaker Pollachi Jayaraman also said that he will not contest in Pollachi and is also ready to quit from political life if there is any evidence of family's involvement in the case.
Later during his address Pollachi Jayaraman challenged opposition leader MK Stalin to quit from the DMK party if he is unable to submit any evidence to CBI officials. He also said that there are many sincere party workers within the DMK party who are loyal to DMK for 60 years but Stalin has come to be the party leader using a shortcut.
Deputy Speaker Pollachi Jayaraman also said that AIADMK officials and party members treat women officials with respect and the DMK officials are using the Pollachi sexual assault case to make false accusations against AIADMK members.
AIADMK Pollachi Jayaraman also said that DMK chief MK Stalin does not have the guts to accept the challenge given by Chief Minister Edapadi Palanisamy. He also said that MK Stalin is afraid of him and asked Stalin to submit proof of his family's involvement with the Pollachi sexual assault case at least in the next legislative assembly meeting."
