Over a thousand devotees participate in Valparai Pachaimalai Estate Kaliamman Temple Festival


Coimbatore: The yearly grand festival was held at the Valparai Pachaimalai Estate Kaliamman Temple.

The Kodaivizha was held at the 60-year-old Sri Kaliamman Temple in the Pachamalai Estate area next to Valparai in Coimbatore district. More than a thousand families live in this area.



The festival is held every year on the 24th of December.



The goat sacrifice was given and the devotees all took part in the Annathanam. The event was graced by the Estate Manager and Dharma Kartha Balasubramaniam, Kandasamy, Kaliyaperumal and other dignitaries as special guests.

It is noteworthy that more than a thousand devotees came to the event and attended the Annathanam.
