Rs.2.55 lakh stolen from the bike of a cotton businessman

The police officials are also looking at the CCTV footage from the nearby stores to identify this mystery man.


Coimbatore: Balakrishnan (55) who is from LIG colony in Mahalingapuram, Pollachi is a cotton trader. Balakrishnan who withdrew ₹2.55 lakhs from the bank today left the amount on his vehicle to a shop nearby.



An unknown person who was following Balakrishnan robbed the money and escaped before the public in their nearby area caught him.



The Mahalingam policemen arrived at the scene and are conducting the investigation on this incident. The police officials are also looking at the CCTV footage from the nearby stores to identify this mystery man.
