Sub Courts in Tamilnadu to function with full force from January 18, 2021

All Sub Courts in Tamilnadu to function with full force from 18th January, huge relief to litigants and those who have pending disputes for a very long time.


Coimbatore: Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic all subordinate courts were not operating on full scale. With the pandemic situation under control the Hon'ble Administrative Committee of Madras High Court has now decided on reopening the court sessions in full form from 18th of January 2021.

The court sessions will be held in full capacity following all protocols and precautions. The courts will allow physical hearing with an option of virtual hearing to the lawyers.

This new decision will be a huge relief to litigants and all those who havepending disputes which were delayed due to Covid-19 pandemic.
