Coimbatore: Mythili (38) 7th ward member of Vellalapatti Panchayat board was the neighbour of Paramasivam. Mythili, who suspected that her neighbour Paramasivam to be infected with Covid-19 and helped identify him to the health officials.

Post the complaint Paramasivam was put into treatment for Covid-19 and came home after his treatment.
Once returning home Paramasivam along with his parents Suppathal and Velusamy verbally abused Mythili for helping health officials in identifying Paramasivam.
Mythili filed a complaint regarding this incident and the Kovilpalayam police officials have filed a case on Paramasivam and his parents on issuing death threats to Mythili. The family of 3 are now under investigation.
