Various leaders from the Tamil Maanila Congress party (TMC) joined DMK party headed by Thalapathy MK Stalin.
Coimbatore: Tamil Maanila Congress (TMC) party members in Coimbatore quit their party and joined with the DMK party today.
The Tamil Maanila Congress party's North district Head KN Jawahar, District Youth President JS Sarath, TMC Kavundampalayam head Loganathan, Kurichi TMC leader Kurichi Asok and TMC Ganapathy leader Murali, General secretary Sankar, Assistant Youth wing presidents Kovai Nawablal and R Karthikeyan joined DMK todayin the presence of DMK leaders from Coimbatore, Paiya Krishnan, West district head and Senathipathy, and East district head DMK.
In the event it was also said that around 2000 members from Tamil Maanila Congress under the leadership of North District head will join DMK in a grand ceremony expected to be attended by DMK's top leadership.
