Tirupur: The integrated court complex built at a cost of Rs 37 crore in Tirupur was inaugurated today. In 2017, the then High Court Judge Indira Banerjee laid the foundation stone for the combined court complex on Palladam Road, Tirupur, as the courts functioned in two different places after the conversion of Tirupur into a district.

The Tirupur District Combined Court Complex was inaugurated todaywith the completion of 18 courts, offices, file vault, property vault, training hall and meeting hall at an estimated cost of Rs 37 crore.

Chennai High Court Chief Justice AB Sahi inaugurated the complex through video conferencing. High Court Judges Krishnakumar and Swaminathan, District Judge Alli and Minister for Animal Husbandry Udumalai Radhakrishnan were present at the event held at the Tirupur Integrated Court Complex. State Animal Husbandry Minister Udumalai Radhakrishnan, who met reporters after the event, thanked the Tamil Nadu government for setting up a court in Tirupur district worth Rs 37 crore.
