For a payment of ₹98 lakhs which was made by the private concern in Bangalore, hand gloves were sent in instalments by the Blue Harchits company.
The private company recently found that the gloves which are being sent out from the Blue Harchits company were damaged and were of low quality. They also found that the gloves were used already.
The private concern's CEO Rohith complained to the Blue Harchits CEO Geetha Agarwal regarding the poor quality issue.
He also asked Geetha Agarwal to refund the amount paid initially as the product was not in a usable condition.
With no proper replies from the side of Geetha Agarwal and her partner Balaji, Rohith filed a complaint against them for scamming him of ₹98 lakh rupees.
