Police arrest Makkal Manithaneya Katchi members protesting to repeal agriculture laws in Coimbatore


Coimbatore: Police arrest who blocked the train protesting to repeal agriculture laws in Coimbatore.



Millions of farmers in Delhi have been protesting, demanding the repeal of the recently amended Agriculture Amendment Bill by the central government. They are supported by various parties and the general public across India.

As a part of this in Coimbatore various parties have been staging protests in support of them, denouncing the central government.



As part of this, the Makkal Manithaneya Katchi staged a sit-in protest in front of the railway station.



There was a tussle when the police tried to stop those who tried to enter the railway station.



78 protesters were arrested. This caused a stir in the area.
