Tamil Nadu Agricultural University 41st Annual Convocation to be held on December 17
Coimbatore: The Vice President of India and TN Governor are scheduled to visit Coimbatore next week. The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University 41st Annual Convocation to be held on December 17, 2020 by 04.00 p.m.at University Play ground adopting standard operating procedure as a measure due to prevailing COVID-19 situation.
The Vice-President of India, M. Venkaiah Naidu, will be the Chief Guest and deliver the Convocation address while Governor of Tamil Nadu and the Chancellor of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Banwarilal Purohit will preside over the Convocation said Dr. N. Kumar, Vice-Chancellor.
Dr. A.S. Krishnamoorthy, Registrar said Minister for Higher Education and Agriculture, Government of Tamil Nadu and Pro-Chancellor of this University, K.P. Anbalagan will announce the New Endowment Prizes and Medals during convocation. Further he mentions that, a total number of 1385 Candidates will be awarded degrees In Person and 57 candidates will be awarded with medals.
