Two girls playing in front of the house go missing in Coimbatore: Police investigates
Coimbatore: Police are investigating the missing of two children who were playing in front of their houses. Lohukumar resides at the Slum Clearance Board housing unit near Mahalingapuram in Coimbatore. His daughter Vinodini (age 15) is a 9th standard student in a private school in the area. Iniya (13), daughter of Ranjith Kumar from the same area, is studying 7th standard.
The 2 of them and their friends were playing in front of the house last night. Suddenly they went missing. The girl's parents were shocked and searched the neighborhood for both of them but couldn't find both. The girl's parents lodged a complaint with the Podanur police to find their daughter. The police filed a case based on the complaint and searched for the girls all night. So they are investigating whether the girls were abducted by someone. The incident has caused a stir in the area.
