Recoveries continued to eclipse new cases with 1,389 patients getting cured aggregating to 7,69,048 till date, the State health department bulletin said.
Active cases stood at 10,788.
Among districts, Chennai led with 307 new cases today followed by Coimbatore with 124 cases.
Testing of samples stood at 64,010 today, totalling to 1,25,40,103 getting examined till date.
