Coimbatore: Lok Sabha MP and DMK women's wing secretary Kanimozhi met with the farmers, sellers and migrant workers earlier today. After her rally at the suburban areas, MP Kanimozhi visited the Devanga School and RS Puram Uzhavar Sandhai requesting people's support.
During her campaign MP Kanimozhi asked about the issues the farmers and sellers in the locality are facing. The farmers complained about the difficulty in bringing the agricultural products to the market due to the lack of buses.
Kanimozhi MP assured that during the upcoming DMK rule all these concerns will be resolved at the earliest. The MP also visited the migrant workers' and requested for their support.
MP Kanimozhi who is in plans to participate in various events planned today by the Coimbatore North DMK party members also has plans to meet with small scale industrialists.
She is also scheduled to meet with the women's wing of Coimbatore in an event at a wedding hall in Kavundampalayam.
