After the inspection, he immediately removed the water surrounding the residential areas and ordered the officers to lay the wet mix road.
Heavy rain in the last few days in the Kuniyamuthur area have flooded the Senkulam area. Thus, the wells in the area overflowed and flooded the fields and residences.
In particular, the Minister, who visited the water discharge by the giant motor in the waterlogged areas of Spring Garden and Classic Garden, ordered the officers to lay wetmix roads immediately after the water was drained.
Following this, he inspected the work being done to drain the water in the flood prone areas of Ward No.88 Ganga Nagar and to construct wetmix roads.
At that time, the people of the area thanked the Minister for the immediate removal of water from the Ganga Nagar area and the laying of wet mix roads.
During the inspection, the Corporation Commissioner and Private Officer P. Kumaravel Pandian, Engineer Lakshmanan, Chief Engineer Gnanavelle, Southern Regional Assistant Commissioner DR Ravi, Assistant Engineers, Southern Regional Health Officer and Corporation Officers were present.
