Due recognition will be given to those who join AIADMK from other parties - Minister SP Velumani.
Coimbatore: On the fourth death anniversary of Former CM and Party general secretary, Jayalalitha,Minister SP Velumani and party cadres paid respects to her portrait at AIADMK office on Hosur Road.

Minister SP Velumani welcomed several members from other parties who joined Coimbatore AIADMK, today. More than 300 cadres from various parties, including the DMK and the Congress, joined the AIADMK in the presence of the Minister.
Welcoming them, the Minister for Muncipal Administration said that die recognition would be given ro members those who join AIADMK from other parties.

He later said that all new cadres who have enrolled themselves in the party should work in the field together as one family for the welfare of the party and people. Following this, Minister SP Velumani, MLAs PRG Arunkumar, Arukutty, Kandasamy, Amman Arjunan and Chinraj held candles in front of the portrait of the late Chief Minister Jayalalithaa to pay respects on the fourth memorial day.

They jointly took a pledge to strive hard to win in the forthcoming assembly elections.
