Coimbatore: 4th Anniversary of the late Chief Minister Jayalalithaa commemorated in Pollachi and Anaimalai. On the fourth death anniversary of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa, AIADMK leaders in various parts of Pollachi today paid floral tributes to her portrait. Pollachi Assembly Deputy Speaker Pollachi Jayaraman paid floral tributes to former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa at the Pollachi Assembly constituency office at 8:30 am today.

Pollachi Assembly Deputy Speaker Pollachi Jayaraman paid floral tributes to former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa at the Pollachi Assembly constituency office at 8:30 am today. Following this, a function was held near the new Pollachi bus stand to pay homage to the portrait of former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa, led by Coimbatore District Central Cooperative Bank Chairman and AIADMK City Secretary Krishnakumar.
At that time, the executives gathered there, carrying candles in their hands, paid their respects. AIADMK members then vowed to win the coming assembly elections. The event was attended by many including Anna Union Coimbatore District Secretary Gurusamy, Coimbatore South District Student Affairs Secretary James Raja and Pollachi City Student Affairs Secretary Arulanantham.
Similarly, in the Anaimalai Mukkonam area, at a function chaired by Valparai legislator Kasthuri Vasu, a floral tribute was paid to Jayalalithaa's portrait. Many AIADMK executives, including Shantalingakumar, the secretary of the Coimbatore South district youth wing, were present.
