Marxist Communist Party protests demanding the repeal of farm bill



Coimbatore: Marxist Communist Party protested demanding the repeal of central farm bill by barginginto the BSNL office defying police ban. Marxist Communist Party has been protesting across Tamil Nadu to repeal the central government's farm bill.



As part of the protest, the Marxist Communist Party staged a protest near the Coimbatore District Collector's Office. As there were chances that the protestors could beseige District Collectorate blockades were set up 200 meters before the district collector's office and the protestors were stopped by the police. The Marxist Communist Party, which had raised slogans against farm law, all of a sudden entered the BSNL office nearby

This led to a clash between police and protesters as police tried to stop them.



They entered the BSNL office despite the police ban and chanted slogans. They then demanded the repeal of the farm bills.



Police brought the protestors out after a long struggle and arrested them.The protest caused a stir in the Collector's Office and BSNL office areas for some time.
