160 unclaimed two wheelers to be auctioned by the Police in Coimbatore


Coimbatore: The Coimbatore city police have recovered 160 two-wheelers that had been lying idle in various police stations of Coimbatore for the past six months.

These are Vehicles seized in various cases in Coimbatore and are parked at the respective police stations. In addition, police have secured unattended vehicles parked in several places and are investigating whether it was involved in a theft case.

Police have recovered 160 two-wheelers that had been unattended for the past six months in Coimbatore, Peelamedu, Saravanampatti, Singanallur and Kuniamuthur police stations. No one has claimed ownership of the vehicles and it has been decided by the police to be sold at a public auction.
