The Nilgiris: The murder heist case in the late CM Jayalalitha’s Kodanad case has been adjourned till 30th November 2020. 10 persons including Saiyan, Manoj, Uthayan, Manoj Sami, Jitin Joy, Pijin Kutty, Jamsheer Ali, Deepu, Satheesan and Santoshsami were arrested in a murder and robbery case at Kodanadu Estate in Nilgiris district.
The Nilgiris: The murder heist case in the late CM Jayalalitha’s Kodanad case has been adjourned till 30th November 2020. 10 persons including Saiyan, Manoj, Uthayan, Manoj Sami, Jitin Joy, Pijin Kutty, Jamsheer Ali, Deepu, Satheesan and Santoshsami were arrested in a murder and robbery case at Kodanadu Estate in Nilgiris district.
The case came up for hearing today as the trial of the case is going on in the Udhagai District Court. Saiyan, Manoj, Udayan, Manoj Sami, Jithin Joy, Deepu, Satheesan and Santoshsami appeared for the hearing.
Judge P. Vadamalai adjourned the case till the 30th of this month since the public prosecutor did not object to the interrogation of 19 witnesses. The next hearing will decide whether they can be questioned or not.
