Coimbatore: Laptop and money stolen in robbery that took place in multiple houses. Loganathan (age 35), a private company manager, hails from Annur Kumaran, Coimbatore. On the day of the incident, he locked his house and went to work. Later when he returned home he was shocked to find that the front door of the house was broken. When he went inside, it was revealed that unidentified persons had broken into the wardrobe in the room and stole Rs 10,000 in cash and a laptop from the table.
Similarly, it was revealed that Jayanathan, a power loom worker's house staying next door was also robbed of Rs.14,000. Following this, Loganathan and Jagannathan informed the Annur police. Police and fingerprint experts rushed to the scene and recorded the fingerprints in both houses. They also inspected the CCTV cameras installed in the area. Annur Police have registered a case and are searching for the robbers.
