Coimbatore: Corporation Commissioner inspects development work and sanitary measures in Coimbatore South Zone
Coimbatore: Corporation Commissioner and Special Officer P. Kumaravel Pandian inspected various development projects and sanitary measures being carried out in the South Zone of Coimbatore Corporation. He insisted that work be completed in a timely manner.

He inspected if the roads are closed and relaid properly after completion of underground sewerage work at Government Employees colony in Ward No.88 of the South ZOne. He ordered that road work in the area should be carried out immediately and repair should be carried out on faulty water pipe connections in the area.

Then, he visited Kovaipudur M Block in Ward No 90 and enquired if the sanitary workers are keeping the area clean.

Later, in Ward No.91, Omshakti Nagar and Kamatchi Nagar, he instructed the concerned officials to inspect the work being carried out on the 3rd Street and directed them to have the road and drinking water pipeline work to be completed on time.
Executive Engineer Gnanavel, South Zone Assistant Commissioner T. R. Ravi, Zonal Health Officer Loganathan, Assistant Engineers, Supervisors and Corporation employees were present during the inspection.
