Farmer Sadhananda and his wife Pushpa of the Thooneri region in Ooty, Nilgiris district have two sons Sujith and Prathiksh. While the elder son Sujith works in Italy, the younger son Prathiksh (20) studied third year Medicine at the Naples University in Italy.
When the spread of COVID-19, increased in Italy a complete lockdown was proposed in the country. Prathiksh was the only Indian student at the University and he studied through online classes.
