COVID-19: 12 people discharged in Tirupur after recovery

Tirupur: 12 people affected by COVID-19 have been discharged in Tirupur after recovery. District Collector Vijayakarthikeyan said that on July 7th, 12 people had returned home after being successfully treated and recovered from COVID-19 in Tirupur.

According to the District Collector K Vijayakarthikeyan, 17 new cases have been confirmed making a total of 237. In the Tirupur district, approximately 10 people are infected with coronavirus every day.

There are a total of 124 new infections and Tirupur has a total of 3286 in home quarantine. The district collector said that 306 people have completed 14 days of isolation.

Also, 813 people have been tested for corona, the district administration said.

9. A 29-year-old girl from Subramaniya Nagar, Tirupur.

10. A 33-year-old male from Aruna nagar, Tirupur.

11. A 67-year-old male from Tirupur Gundadam.

12. A 38-year-old male from K. Chettipalayam NOC nagar.

13. A 36-year-old male on Sokana College Road.

14. 28 year old male opposite to Tirupur CTC

15. A 31-year-old woman from Senthil, Tirupur.

16. A 21 year old male from Nallathapalayam.

17. A 53-year-old male from Rajiv Nagar Chamundipuram.

18. 17 persons including 58 year old male from Tirupur Azhagumalai have been infected.
