More drivers and emergency medical assistants being recruited to meet increasing demand for 108 ambulances

Coimbatore: The GVK EMRI administration said telephonic and personal interviews are being held to recruit new employees as the demand for 108 ambulances has increased due to the increasing medical needs in the districts of Coimbatore, Tirupur and Nilgiris.



Coimbatore: The GVK EMRI administration said telephonic and personal interviews are being held to recruit new employees as the demand for 108 ambulances has increased due to the increasing medical needs in the districts of Coimbatore, Tirupur and Nilgiris.

Governments are taking various measures to control the impact of the ever-increasing coronavirus. The ambulance service is currently being used by 108 ambulances to safely rescue the victims of the coronavirus. As there are not enough employees, the current employees are overburdened.

A press release issued by GVK EMRI read:

GVK EMRI has vacancies in the company for 108 Ambulance Driver (Pilot) and Emergency Medical Assistant (EMT).

Day 9-7-2020 to 10- 7-2020(telephonic selection).

Time: 10am to 4pm.

Driver age limit - 24-34.

Eligibility: Must have passed 10th grade. Must have light motor vehicle driver's license and badge vehicle license.

Experience: Must have at least 3 years of carrying a light motor vehicle driving license and having completed one year of badge.

Emergency Medical Assistant Age: - 19-30

Eligibility: - Should have passed BSc (Nursing DGNM).
