Tirupur: The total COVID-19 cases in Tirupur has increased to 220, after 16 new cases have been reported, on Monday. Of the total 16 cases, 13 people are below the age 35 including a 17 and 12-year-old.
Tirupur: The total COVID-19 cases in Tirupur has increased to 220, after 16 new cases have been reported, on Monday. Of the total 16 cases, 13 people are below the age 35 including a 17 and 12-year-old.
With this, the active positive cases in Tirupur district has increased to 91. The patients are being treated at Coimbatore ESI Hospital and other private hospitals, approved by the government for COVID treatement.
"3468 people including 126 people added today, are under home quarantine. And, 187 people have successfully completed their 14-day home quarantine", informed the Collector.
He added that 911 samples have been collected, today.
