Coimbatore: A Royal Brunei Airways chartered flight repatriating 139 passengers from Brunei Darrusalam, a neighboring island nation of Malaysia, landed in the Coimbatore International Airport on Friday.
Coimbatore: A Royal Brunei Airways chartered flight repatriating 139 passengers from Brunei Darrusalam, a neighboring island nation of Malaysia, landed in the Coimbatore International Airport on Friday.
The Airbus A320 that landed at 12:16 PM had 101 men, 31 women and seven children. An hour later, the flight began its return journey with three men and a woman on board.
All the passengers who arrived in the flight have been subjected to COVID testing and quarantined at hotels of their choice.
It is to be noted that Airbus A320 of Royal Brunei is the second foreign aircraft that repatriated Indians to the city airport. Earlier, a Kenyan Airways flight ferried 118 persons on June 22.
