COVID-19 prevention measures have been intensified in Coimbatore. As a part of the measures, being taken data collection will be conducted door to door. At 15 people per ward, 1,500 people have been nominated to conduct the collection.
Data regarding the presence of COVID-19 patients, people who have arrived from other states or districts, presence of adults over the age of 60 yrs in the household and whether they have chronic illnesses such as diabetes are being surveyed through this data collection.
