Commemorating the Traders Day on May 5, the members of Valparai Taluk Traders Federation took part in the association flag hoisting ceremony. The flag was hoisted by the Federation President Jebaraj at the federation office in Valparai.
Coimbatore: Commemorating the Traders Day on May 5, the members of Valparai Taluk Traders Federation took part in the association flag hoisting ceremony. The flag was hoisted by the Federation President Jebaraj at the federation office in Valparai.
Following this, rice and vegetables were provided to 70 Adivasi families. Standing in solidarity with COVID-19 frontline warriors, the traders served special non vegetarian meals to 250 of the workers from medical department, sanitation workers, revenue department workers, Municipality and police department and the media.
Municipal Commissioner, Paunraj provided food to the sanitation workers at the Valparai Municipality campus and appreciated their effort.
Valparai Taluk Traders Federation President Jebaraj, Secretary Shaji George, Treasurer Yesudasan, Administrators Baby, Jibu Thomas, Ravi, Mohan, Raja and Mahendran took part in the event.
