According to police reports, on November 26, a six-member group sexually assaulted a class 11 girl student, and her boy friend who went to a park in Ishwarya Nagar in Seeranaickenpalayam to celebrate her birthday.
The gang intruded the couple and have allegedly assaulted the boy and abducted the girl to an isolated area and sexually assaulted her and filmed the incident. They also have allegedly stripped the boy and videographed him.
While T. Rahul (21), R. Prakash (22,) S. Karthikeyan (28) and S. Narayanamurthy (30) from Seeranaickenpalayam were arrested on Saturday, a special team launched a search for nabbing A1 and A2 in the case.
Meanwhile, the primary accused, Manikandan had surrendered today at the Mahila Court here.
