The monthly electrical maintenance work at the Saravanampatti substation will commence tomorrow morning at 9 AM and continue until 4 PM in the evening. Residents in the affected areas have been advised to plan accordingly for the seven-hour power outage.
The areas that will experience power disruption include Saravanampatti, Amman Kovil, Chinnavedampatti, Krishnapuram, Sivan Anthapuram, Vellakkinaru, Urumandampalayam, G.N. Mill, Subramaniampalayam, K.N.G. Puthur, Maniyakarampalayam, Lakshmi Nagar, and Naachimuthu Nagar. The Electricity Board has requested residents and businesses in these localities to make necessary arrangements during the outage period.
