The reporter of 'Dinaseithi' daily Balaganesan (39), filed a case with the Coimbatore Cyber Crime police on Monday for creating a fake website in the name of their daily and publishing sleazy news against the Minister and another woman party cadre.
The people who were involved in this abusive act have done this to malign the reputation of the newspaper, the complainant alleged.
"The news article which carried abusive allegations on the Minister and a woman party cadre, Sonali Pradeep is regarded to be a planned assault to tarnish the Minister's reputation. Similarly, vulgar pictures of the woman cadre was also uploaded with an intent to tarnish her stature. A complaint has been registered against them and investigations are on", said the release from Cyber Crime Police.
