As per sources from the Supreme Court, Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi of the Supreme Court who is to retire on November 17 is likely to issue the final verdict in the Ayodhya case. Following this, the Central Government has ordered all the states including Uttar Pradesh to beef up security measures.
Meanwhile the DGP of Tamil Nadu, Tripathi has issued a circular to all top officials in the Police Department to be prepared to maintain law and order similar to security measures reserved for elections. He also reiterated that security personnel on round-the-clock duty should not avail leave until further orders.
