Hindu Munnani State President and 500 supporters petition Collector; Demand withdrawal of 'patta' for encroachments on temple grounds

Tirupur: The Hindu Munnani State President, Kadeshwara Subramaniyam along with 500 supporters submitted a petition to the District Collector demanding withdrawal of the Government Order that allows issuing of 'patta' to encroachments on temple grounds.

Tirupur: The Hindu Munnani State President, Kadeshwara Subramaniyam along with 500 supporters submitted a petition to the District Collector demanding withdrawal of the Government Order that allows issuing of 'patta' to encroachments on temple grounds.



Kadeshwara Subramaniyam announced that petitions will be submitted across Tamil Nadu today to protest against the decision to provide 'patta' for encroachments on temple grounds and condemning the Government for confirming it through an affidavit in Court. He also warned of protests on a large scale if action was not taken.
