The Nilgiris : Around 4,375 kg of Gelatin sticks were seized from a lorry near Tamil Nadu - Kerala border near Gudalur on Monday.
During a vehicle inspection, the Kerala police stopped a lorry enroute from Gundalpet, Karnataka to Kerala. Upon checking, the Kerala police found several kilograms of Gelatin sticks in the lorry hidden in between the vegetable sacks.
The police arrested Juno (45), Anil Kumar (50) and lorry driver Jinadev (38) from Thrissur and are investigating.
