Coimbatore: A consultative meeting presided by the CCMC Commissioner, Sravan Kumar Jatavath and led by the Deputy Commissioner Prasanna Ramasamy was held at the Coimbatore Corporation Central Regional Office Conference room.
Coimbatore: A consultative meeting presided by the CCMC Commissioner, Sravan Kumar Jatavath and led by the Deputy Commissioner Prasanna Ramasamy was held at the Coimbatore Corporation Central Regional Office Conference room.
Assistant Commissioners of all zones, engineers and health officials took part in the consultative meeting. The CCMC Commissioner specified the following at the meeting:
i) Sanitary workers, anti-mosquito workers should spray mosquito medicines in all Corporation areas without being lethargic.
ii) The Corporation anti-mosquito workers and sanitary workers should go door-to-door and spray Abet medicines to curb the mosquito larvae from spreading and also inspect houses. Residents have been asked to cooperate with Corporation workers to help them discharge their duties.
iii) Sanitary workers, anti-mosquito workers and Health Department officials have been asked to execute dengue awareness work without being lethargic.

Commissioners, T R Ravi, Senthilkumar Rathnam, A J Senthil Arasan, M Selvam, Mahesh Kanagaraj, Corporation Town Welfare Officer, Santhosh Kumar, District Education Officer K Palani, Executive Engineer Gnanavel, Asst. Executive Engineer Saravana Kumar, Parvathi and other Regional Health Officers and Inspectors were present at the meeting.
