Valparai in Coimbatore district has been experiencing sudden rains as well as sunny weather. Meanwhile, as a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of dengue fever in the Valparai area, the Valparai Police Department Hospital took up an initiative to distribute Nilavembu Kashayam to combat dengue. Inspector Balamurugan presented the 'Nilavembu Kashayam' to the public and police personnel at the Valparai police station.
A large number of people took part in the event and consumed 'Nilavembu Kashyam.' Inspector Balamurugan, Sub Inspector Veerammal, the Yoga doctor at the Government Hospital, Dr Karthikesh, Siddha pharmacist Babu and other policemen participated in the initiative. Inspector Balamurugan said that the distribution of Nilavembu Kashayam would continue at the Valparai police station.
