Coimbatore: Coimbatore Commissioner and Special Officer, Sravan Kumar Jatavath headed a review meeting today with principals of all Corporation Schools to announce that they need to work toward achieving 100 percent results in 10, +1 and +2 examinations.
Coimbatore: Coimbatore Commissioner and Special Officer, Sravan Kumar Jatavath headed a review meeting today with principals of all Corporation Schools to announce that they need to work toward achieving 100 percent results in 10, +1 and +2 examinations.
The meeting was forerun by the Deputy Corporation Commissioner, Prasanna Ramasamy. Sravan Kumar Jatavath said, "The teachers and staff should arrive on time at their schools. The principals should monitor the quality of the noon meals provided. Students should be made to read library books, every day and teachers should work toward developing their students' extra-curricular talents."
"The school premises should be well-maintained with the help of sanitary workers and it must be ensured that water does not stagnate during rainy seasons. Most of all the, goal this year must be to achieve 100 percent in all board examinations," he added.
The District Education Officer, K Palani and other officials were also present.
