The vehicles will be used to collect degradable and non-degradable waste from all the five zones in the city.
Following this, Corporation Commissioner Sravan Kumar distributed certificates to the workers who were involved in separating degradable and non-degradable wastes across all five zones.
Deputy Corporation Commissioner Prasanna Ramasamy, Urban Welfare Officer M.K Santhoshkumar, Zonal Assistant Corporation Commissioners were also present.
