Coimbatore: The Salim Ali Centre for Ornithology and Natural History (SACON), has invited applications from research personnel to recruit them for three major projects taken up by the institute. The walk in interview will be held on October 21.
For the project - ‘Assessing anthropogenic threats to large carnivore population in the Western Ghats in Tamil Nadu’, applicants below 28 years as on October 21, can apply.
The other projects are on the In-situ and arc-situ conservation of endemic edible best swiftlet in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and in the National Centre for monitoring and surveillance of impact of environmental contaminants on ecosystem components with special focus on birds in India.
