The event was aimed at making the public aware of the Indian Air Force and the weapons used in their armoury. As part of the event, the Air Force is conducting special events to make the public aware of aircraft, parachutes, guns and missiles at the Air Force Base across India.
A few days ago, adventurous air events and exhibitions were held in Bhopal. Following this, air events and exhibition of aeroplanes were held at the Air Force Base at Sulur in Coimbatore. The military aircrafts exhibited somersaults in the air and performed some danjerous stunts. Several military aircraft and helicopters including Tejas, AN 32, MG 17, Sarang Mark 2, aircraft guns, missiles and shotguns used in the aircraft were on display.
