Producer Gnanavel Raja and Director Kasthuri Raja distributed prizes at the event organised at SSVM School on Singanallur-Vellalore road, today.
Addressing the media, Producer Gnanavel Raja said, "It is unfortunate for 'Uttamavillan' movie to have faced this issue. The Producers Association is still in discussion about taking a call on this."
When asked about Hindi being made compulsory, Gnanavel Raja opined, "Hindi is just another language like English. Everyone should learn it. It is good to have a common language as a nation. The politicians are just making political antics over the issue," he added.
